Post traumatic HA: Post traumatic headache is the most common symptom following mild head injury. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the best immediate therapy. If concerned, see your PCP for neurological examination. CT or an MRI scan might be done to rule out a brain bleed.

No: Things to worry about include unconsciousness, seizures, persistent vomiting, severe headache, trouble using arms/legs/eyes, or speech difficulty. Anything is possible, but without those, it is much less likely that you have severe injury such as bleeding on the brain. You could certainly have a mild concussion, and you should take it easy for a few days.

Unlikely: Only need to worry if your head starts hurting worse or you feel persistent unusual sensations elsewhere in your body. Also figure out a way to have the accident not happen again to you or another.
