Depends on your lifestyle,diet, activity,hydration and what the poop is like (color, hard, soft, watery) and any associated symptoms like gas or cramps or blood. So,as you can see,it's complicated. If you feel good, don't sweat it, unless it's a big hassle.If so,consult a doc in your area
