See someone soon: Amanda, any headache that is present on arising in a young person is not a good sign. It may mean there is swelling inside a sinus or the brain, so you need to find out a cause and get an answer in order to treat it correctly. This will probably require at least some x-rays or another imaging test. Good luck and hope you get to the bottom of it soon.
