So my legs sre itching 4 hourd ago and while im sleeping, i woke up 1 and 30 minutes later because of the itch. i used a treatment lotion but no use?

Nonspecific: This is a nonspecific symptom and could be due to allergic reaction to something internal or external or dry skin,etc. If no rash present take an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or Claritin(is nondrowsy). If symptoms persist your physician can evaluate you and order blood tests like glucose, cbc, liver or thyroid function tests for example.
