I have a moderate case of acne on my chest and back. how do i get rid of chest acne?

Systemic Rx: I trust the diagnosis is correct. Acne on the trunk usually requires systemic rx. If you can take it, tetracycline 500 2x/day may clear you up. If not, talk with your physician about Accutane as an option. Good luck.
