Need to get seen: Acne on the trunk won't respond well to topical treatments alone. Your physician may try topical benzoyl peroxide plus oral tetracycline, or (if you're a she) the oral contraceptive pill may clear you, or any of a number of other regimens may work. Acne's always manageable, and eventually self-cures.
