See a doctor: If this is a new symptom, it suggests an STD, most likely chlamydia or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Possibly gonorrhea but less likely. Of course if not at risk for STD, something else is going on, perhaps a prostate problem. Best to stop guessing and see your doctor.
