Depends: If you had unprotected sex it could be STI. However, it is more likely to be seminal fluid from intermittent sexual arousal, not uncommon in young people. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Penile discharge: Hi there. This may be entirely normal pre ejaculatory fluid with semen released due to excitation. Importantly this could be an sti and you should be evaluated especially if you have had unprotected sex. Sorry but this should be checked out if you are sexually active........
