Confirm diagnosis: Hemorrhoids are common and commonly bleed. The most important thing is to see your doctor and have her/him confirm the bleeding is from hemorrhoids. Bleeding a little once in a while is usually ok..if it's not so much as to cause anemia. OTC creams, etc containing witch hazel or hydrocortisone may help. But ultimately a minor procedure such as rubber band ligation or injection may be needed.
