Raynould phenomena: This is called Raynould phenomena . Small vessel in the finger get constricted and cause the color changes and sometime pain and stiffness . It is usually get aggravated with cold weather and sometime stress .it is sympathetic system goes wild for no reason it can be fixed by blocking the nerve

I have a sharp pain in my left hand side of my upper chest close to my shoulder when moving my left arm. The pain seems to travel to the back when I pull my arm back. If I am still theres no pain but occurs whenever I move other parts of my body.
