Try . . .: Start with ohio department of mental health 30 e broad st, columbus, oh. 1-614-466-2596. Also, many universities have counseling training programs (eg, social work, psychology, lpc counseling) that offer counseling on a sliding fee schedule. I hope this gives you a start. Good luck!
