Leg pain w/ loads: Yes, possibly . Sometimes sciatica manifest in the leg and not the back. Would avoid head loads . heavy back packs. Consider kinesiotape, PT for strengthening exercises.stretches, massage. Check arches for flat feet and use orthodics. http://ergonomics.about.com/od/ergonomicsforchildren/ss/bpweightchart.htm
