Ativan (lorazepam) withdrawal : if you knew this was going to happen I would immediately drop to 3 MG a day for 7 days then 2mg for 7 days the 1 MG for 7 and then 0.5mg for 7. If you don't have the warning it's best to reduce usage to maybe 1 MG a day and the 0.5 making your pills last as long as possible. Paying for them yourself following the first taper would work as well. Good luck
