No: The harm from second hand smoke is from..the smoke! When the particulates are still in the air, another person can breathe them into her/his lungs and the effects could even reach circulation to a fetus. But if it is just odor on clothing, and the person wasn't actually smoking in the same room/space, then just unpleasant ...not a health risk. Great job being cautious about your unborn baby.
