Unlikely: Sounds like hemorrhoids. However if you haven't had a colonoscopy, now is the time to get one as you are over age 50. All the best!

I just had a bowel movement and toilet water was bright red from blood. Took multiple wipes for paper to not be red. Had colonoscopy in Dec. 2020. Had one precancerous polyp removed and told to repeat in 5 years. Should i follow up earlier now?
