Hello i wanted to know why my vaginal wall has red spots on it i'm not sure if it's from the friction after intercourse ?

Most likely: If the red spots appeared soon after vaginal intercourse, it might be due to friction to the area. If you see these persist or change in appearance like become more like bumps, these should be examined for any infection and other cysts common in vaginal region and require separate treatments.
