If nude, yes: If "the pressing created heat and injury then yes, there might be red spots. If you are not sure, then see a MD who can look at the area and determine exactly what it is. Sometimes this can happen when articles of clothing are "bunched up" and rubbed in that area as well, such as jeans or underwear.
