Raynaud's Phenomenon: The symptoms you describe are suggestive of Raynaud's Phenomenon. This can be Primary or Secondary. Meaning, if secondary, it may be related to other conditions such as certain types of arthritis and even SLE (Lupus). Some medications can also contribute to this.
