Bad hallucinations had them for 20 yrs or more on no antipsychotic med what is the best one to get on. tried risperdole seroquel (quetiapine) thorazine etc help?

Options: If hallucinations are auditory or visual and thought to be associated with a mood or thought disorder then most efficacious (reducing severity of symptoms) are Olanzapine and clozapine. These two unfortunately have a high side effect burden.
