Here are some...: With what I could sift, I do agree to the opinions of urologists. Ureterocele is merely a term describing the congenital dilation of the very ending (intramural) part of ureter which looks like a balloon-visible on imaging study like US or CT and on direct inspection. Its size and effect to urinary tract widely vary with most to be clinically insignificant. More? Ask urologists.
