I felt a sharp pain in my chest that passed after a few minutes and never came back. could that be a heart attack or just anxiety?

Sharp pains in the: chest are usually from the muscles and bones. Cardiac pain is usually a dull pressure like sensation. Like a tooth ache. It is highly unlikely that a 16 year old would have coronary artery disease. Consider some counseling to help you with your anxiety.
