I was prescribed doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules and levocetrizine dihydrochloride tablet, along with gel for acne and dark spots, just wanted to know if that will help?

Doxycycline can: Doxycycline, taken orally, is very effective for certain types of acne (inflammatory). Usually topical antibiotics would be tried first. The lactobacillus is likely to help offset potential side effects of doxycycline. The levocitirizine is an allergy medication very much like Zyrtec (cetirizine) but with less potential to cause drowsiness; I don't think that prescription is related to your acne.
