MHR is a vitamin: supplement comprising of methylcobalamin (B12), folate (folic acid) (B9) and pyridoxine (B6). These supplements do not help with fertility. Folate (folic acid) has a function in the fetal growth pathway and helps pregnant women. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
