I was splashed around eye with drano . i rinsed it out but never sought out medical help. this happened yesterday afternoon. it's still red but feels better. i am going to drs tomorrow but am i too late? i have no vision loss or major pain just tender fee

You need to see an : Eye doctor. Alkali burns from Drano can cause irreversible injury to your cornea & the limbic stem cells. You can't possibly see the extent of injury, unless you have a slit lamp microscope. You are lucky to feel you have no vision loss. Use lubticating ointment today as the irritation, and red eye is very real. NO decongestants for the eye like Visine. NO patching. Keep your appointment tomorrow.
