My husband right eye very red inside of the white. look like blood but he said no pain or sore. he just shocked yesterday of his eye turning very red?

Conjunctival blood: This sounds like a spontaneous subconjunctival hemorrhage, i.e. bleeding under the conjunctiva, the superficial lining over the eye. Typically it is painless and shows up with no apparent injury -- usually the result of rubbing the eye. It's harmless and will clear up on its own. In fact, it can clear amazingly fast -- after a day or two it will suddenly be gone. See MD if it doesn't.
