Consult with an: OB-GYN to make sure. Zoloft (sertraline) and all SSRI's can produce a long list of side effects, even a very atypical one like pre- mature menstruation. Here's a reference, keeping in mind it is not peer reviewed: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sertraline
