No...: ...but there are two considerations here: One can't say with 100% certainty that it isn't; BUT: The likelihood that your symptoms ARE due to a tumor are exceedingly remote because brain tumors are exceedingly rare. (Out of all the conditions that people can come down with, why do they always leapfrog over all the common things straight to the worst-case scenario?)
