Male 30,Chest CT shows 6 mm nodular density in the left upper lobe,minimal bibasilar dependent atelectasis, have shortness of breath,it needs surgery?
Had a Chest CT scan, what does this all mean? Anything to worry about? Mild bilateral apical scarring. Calcified right upper lobe granuloma (4, 94). Calcified granulomas are also present (4, 172 and 129). Punctate right lower lobe nodule (4, 229)?
