I used to get hsv1 flare ups in my eye but has been a few years since i have. now seem to have a flare up on lip. can you have in 2 locations?

Possible, uncommon: It is possible for recurrent herpes to cause outbreaks in different places, but not common. Recurrent herpes commonly involves the lips but rarely the eyes, so this makes me wonder whether the earlier diagnosis of HSV1 of the eye was correct. See your doctor if there is doubt about the diagnosis in either location.
