Many sources for HSV: Herpes 1 is virtually ubiquitous in a childs living space and most get exposed from many sources. At age 2 your daughter might have already been exposed from you or your wife. Most infections in this age of infancy cause no symptoms or visible change. So don't worry about the eyeglasses.
