Since the Zyflamend: is not an FDA approved product it is not entirely clear as to its composition or potential for interaction with prescription drugs. Lexapro (escitalopram) has the potential for producing significant interactions with certain compounds as well as having unwanted side effects. Although the odds are it is safe to combine these, the prudent thing would be to avoid the combination.
