Fresh but celebrate!: I believe in fresh fruits&veggies/shopping in the periphery of the store. However, if you have a family recipe or something that you use once per year and it's canned pie mix, go for it! Generally speaking - fresh/single ingredients are better than mixtures/processed foods since you know more about what you're mixing with the single ingredients. We can definitely discuss more about sugars, etc.
