Im 4 months pregnant & a little cramping once in a while.. should i be concerned .?

May be preterm labor: If getting rhythmic cramping or regular contractions, it may be preterm labor. One can be checked by her Ob-Gyn doctor. That may mean going to the hospital to the Labor and Delivery ward to be monitored to see what is going on, depending on how the doctor handles these issues at 4 months gestation. Meanwhile, avoid physical activities, having sex, and bumpy car rides... until ok'd by the doctor.
