No at this stage: Unless the dark brown tissue turns to bleeding and cramps, no concerns at this stage.

Only a little bit: While this could be the first sign of a miscarriage, this sort of spotting is relatively common. It often means nothing and has no obvious explanation. At this early stage there is little for you to do but wait it out and hope for the best. If the bleeding gets heavier or you develop severe or increasing pain you will need to get checked promptly.
