Can call one's ObGyn: With a prior history of 2 miscarriages, it's probably safer to get seen. One can be checked by her Ob-Gyn doctor. That may mean going now to the hospital's Labor and Delivery ward to be monitored to see what is going on, depending on how the doctor handles these issues at 6 months gestation. Monitoring can see how the uterus is behaving, how the baby is reacting (baby's heart rate pattern), etc...
