Im 19 weeks pregnant and noticed very very small streaks of blood after wiping. no cramping or any other issues. no blood on underwear or pad. could this be just irritation cause by rough toilet paper? or should i be concerned and contact my ob?

Spontaneous miscarriage is rare at "19 weeks" of pregnancy. If the "spotting" followed sexual relations, it may be secondary to inflammation of the cervix, and not pregnancy related. Any bleeding during pregnancy should be evaluated by your OB physician.
