Blood count : Could still be within normal range. Comparison with previous and future blood counts will be of help. History, physical exam findings and other bloodwork could give clues to what is truly happening.

WBC count: It is normal MPV is mean platelet volume, it is high in proliferative or inflammatory disease , low when the body is not producing platelets. Your counts are normal Do not worry. https://labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/cbc/tab/test
