No: But better consune natural source of vitamin C, 2 - 3 servings of fresh fruits /day can suffice, there is no good evidence though that vitamin C pills can prevent or kill cold, only a weak scientific link between regular use of vitamin C supplements and shorter or less severe colds. Go for the natural source, wish you wellness
