Food Poison/Metform: There is no direct relationship that between PCOS and diarrhea. It sounds like you are describing "food poisoning" from undercooked / bad chick. One link could be the Metformin you're taking for PCOS, especially if you have not been on it long it can cause loose stools. If you have diarrhea for some other reason it can make it worse. The h/a-coincidence or from dehydration from diarrhea or fever.
