Seek Medical Help: I am concerned about the symptoms you are describing. If this is the first time it has occurred then it is even more important that you get treatment today. I don't have more information from you to go by but TIA, Strokes, HTN, low blood sugar come to mind. If you are feeling like passing out your body is loudly telling you to get treatment now.
