Nonspecefic: There is not enough information here. Please book an appt. Things to think about are 1) gluteal muscle strain, sprain of ligament. External rotator muscle group strain 2) SI JOINT!!!! Typical of this kind of pain is si joint problems, or problems/strains of the muscles inserting into the ischial tuberosity. We have to differentiate serious from non serious, ie. an msk problem, vs malignancy.
