Needs evaluation: If you have real thrush, this needs to be evaluated. I've found that people's perceptions of thrush however aren't always correct. (You might just have a coated tongue for example). You need a doctor to look at that for you. Drinking alcohol to excess is not good obviously. Hope you will take better care of yourself. I would start by making an appointment with your doctor today.
