Probably not an STD: No STD is likely to first show up on the inner thigh. Even direclty on the gentials, no STD is a likely cause of a "shiny bump". This is probably unrelated to your recent sexual exposure. However, if risk for STD (new or possibly risky partner, etc) you should have routine STD testing from time to time. Maybe this is a good time, while on your mind. But not because of this particular symptom.
