Urinating blood: Some upper respiratory pathogens like mycoplasma can be associated with Ig A nephropathy and or hemolytic anemia .There is an entity called Goodpastures an autoimmune condition that is associated with hematuria and pulmonary issues but it is usually more severe. Would follow up with nephrologist
