Mirena fell out nov 6 light spotting then medium bleeding the following week! been having sex ever since mirena was out! taken preg test all negative can i get pregnant? not sure of ovulation? a it too early to test for pregnancy?

Always possible...: Pregnancy is possible once Mirena (levonorgestrel) is out. It may take the body several months to normalize its own hormones. It may be too early to tell though pregnancy is always a possibility, especially if not utilizing contraception/abstinence. The only 100% way to know is to refrain from intercourse and recheck for pregnancy within the next few weeks as well as see a provider for contraception options.
