Fluctuates: It's still worrisome. Your medication isn't noted for raising liver enzymes and this might be a great time to look at any other rx's, stop all alcohol use, get checked for hepatitis b ; c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis and a few others, and perhaps get back to that fitness-focused lifestyle from your teens.
