Consult MFM doctor: PCOS is often associated with fibroids and with metabolic disorders like diabetes, obesity, ovulation and hormonal problems... which may adversely affect pregnancy and are best addressed before getting pregnant. Although your subserosal fibroid is a bit large and may get larger and become symptomatic during pregnancy, its location and size are not likely to threaten your pregnancy
