I have gastritis , no cancer, negative for h poly, autoimmune. slow bleed 9 months. i'm at a loss. dr's do not do anything. if left can it be seriou?

Look for other cause: Are you seeing blood in your stool?I assume you have iron deficiency anemia. Have you had a colonoscopy? If that didn't show anything and you continue to have anemia, a pillcam will help to look at your small bowel for other potential causes of slow bleeding. I hope this helps!
