A member asked:

Is the type cholesterol found in milk bad or good?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mostly bad: Dietary intake of cholesterol is only part of the problem with milk intake. Milk contains saturated fats (butter) that have unfavorable effect on cholesterol levels. Low fat milk is a better choice if you have any concerns about cholesterol.
