It's hard, but: Each therapist can be totally different. You might keep trying to find the right one for you. It's team work to solve problems. Consider meditation, yoga, physical exercise. Some creative arts can help. Re-evaluate your expectations too. Changes come at different paces and can be subtle at times. Don't give up, it's your life - aim for a 1st step and build on that!
